Soil Late Bicentennial Park scheduled for Friday Bicentennial Park will have a low last minute on Friday for the first phase of the multi-phase improvements to the park. Improvements in Phase 1 includes the input features, baseball fields, concession buildings, five tennis courts, remodeling, detention pond and additional parking and roads.
